📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow within the team.,Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.,Manage inventory and ensure stock levels are optimized.,Coordinate with other departments to meet business objectives.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.,Monitor team performance and provide feedback.,Participate in team meetings and strategy sessions.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role in retail or similar industry.,Proven track record of managing teams and driving performance.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management systems.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
