📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage financial reporting and analysis using SAP and Oracle
• Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Provide financial support to the operations team
• Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 5-7 years of experience in finance and accounting
• Fluent in Mandarin (both spoken and written)
• Proficiency in English (both spoken and written)
• Experience with SAP and Oracle financial systems
• Knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and IFRS
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
