📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with the HR team to ensure the smooth functioning of HR operations.
• Assist in employee relations activities, including handling employee inquiries and resolving conflicts.
• Support the performance management process, including conducting performance reviews and providing feedback.
• Assist in the organization of HR-related events and activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Basic knowledge of HR software such as BambooHR, Workday, or similar tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Basic understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
