📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and databases.
• Ensure the availability and performance of our software systems by implementing and managing IT service management tools such as ServiceNow and Jira.
• Provide technical support to employees and departments, resolving hardware and software issues promptly.
• Conduct regular backups and disaster recovery exercises to ensure the integrity and availability of our data.
• Collaborate with the development team to plan and implement system updates and upgrades.
• Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying and resolving any issues that may impact our operations.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices.
• Document all IT operations and procedures for future reference and training purposes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT operations, with a focus on infrastructure and systems management.
• Certifications such as ITIL Foundation, CompTIA A+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure components, including servers, networks, and databases.
• Experience with IT service management tools such as ServiceNow and Jira.
• Proficient in using scripting languages such as PowerShell and Python.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
