📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement organizational strategies to support the company's vision and goals.
• Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of personnel.
• Manage and maintain organizational policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
• Collaborate with senior management to drive organizational growth and efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze organizational performance metrics.
• Lead and mentor a team of organizational specialists.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the HR or organizational development field.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing organizational strategies.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using HRIS (Human Resource Information System) software such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.
• Certification in organizational development or HR management is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
