📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, and training programs.,Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.,Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee satisfaction and engagement.,Handle employee grievances and disputes.,Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Experience with HR information systems and software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
