📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards.,Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.,Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen.,Ensure the quality and consistency of food products.,Manage inventory and purchasing of kitchen supplies.,Handle food cost control and menu planning.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven track record in managing kitchen operations and staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisines.,Possession of a relevant culinary degree or certification is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.
