In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure, managing our systems, and providing expert support to our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the IT infrastructure and systems team, ensuring the smooth operation of all IT systems and networks.,Provide expert technical support to employees, resolving IT issues and ensuring the availability and security of our systems.,Implement and maintain IT policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.,Monitor and maintain the performance of our IT infrastructure, identifying and resolving any issues promptly.,Work with our development team to ensure the integration of new technologies and systems into our existing infrastructure.,Provide training and mentorship to junior IT staff, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge.,Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in IT and systems management, and apply this knowledge to improve our infrastructure.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT administration, with a strong focus on infrastructure and systems management.,Proven experience in leading and managing IT teams.,Strong technical skills in networking, server administration, and systems management.,Experience with cloud computing and virtualization technologies.,Experience with IT security and compliance, including knowledge of industry standards and best practices.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical staff.
