📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and optimize precision micro-optics manufacturing processes, including lithography, etching, and polishing.,Design and implement metrology systems to monitor and control manufacturing processes, ensuring product quality and consistency.,Conduct failure analysis and root cause investigations to improve process yield and reliability.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and quality assurance, to achieve manufacturing goals.,Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in precision micro-optics manufacturing and metrology technologies.,Mentor and train junior engineers and technicians in process and metrology techniques.,Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.,Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to enhance manufacturing efficiency and productivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field) or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in precision micro-optics manufacturing or a related field.,Strong background in process development, optimization, and control.,Proficiency in metrology techniques, including optical and surface metrology.,Experience with cleanroom and precision manufacturing equipment.,Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, such as ISO and SEMI.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
