In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our HR Service Delivery (HRSD) processes using ServiceNow. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and configure HRSD processes in ServiceNow,Ensure the accuracy and completeness of HR data in ServiceNow,Support HR business partners in their day-to-day activities using ServiceNow,Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow issues,Provide training and support to end-users on ServiceNow,Monitor and report on ServiceNow performance and usage,Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices,Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of HR processes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field,Experience with ServiceNow HRSD module,Knowledge of HR processes and best practices,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,ServiceNow Certified HRSD Specialist certification is a plus
