📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily store operations and ensuring smooth workflow.,Oversee inventory management, including stock control and ordering.,Train and mentor junior staff to maintain high service standards.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Assist in preparing and analyzing sales reports to identify trends and opportunities.,Support the Store Manager in implementing marketing strategies to boost sales.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in store improvement initiatives and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and inventory management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to travel and work in different store locations if required.
