The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maritime operations and a proven track record of safe and efficient vessel management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all aspects of vessel operations, including navigation, crew management, and safety protocols.,Ensure compliance with international and local maritime regulations and company policies.,Plan and execute voyage schedules, including port calls and cargo operations.,Maintain and inspect vessel equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance.,Coordinate with port authorities, cargo handlers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.,Train and mentor junior crew members to ensure high standards of performance and safety.,Report to the company's management on vessel status, performance, and any issues that require attention.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the maritime industry.,Valid Master Mariner's License (Unlimited) or equivalent.,Proven experience in managing and leading a crew.,Strong knowledge of maritime regulations and safety procedures.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions in emergency situations.,Familiarity with cargo operations and port procedures.,Good physical health and fitness to handle the demands of the job.
