📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing day-to-day operations of the branch.,Managing a team of staff and ensuring high performance.,Developing and implementing branch strategies to achieve company goals.,Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.,Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues.,Monitoring branch finances and preparing reports.,Organizing and coordinating branch events and activities.,Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with financial management and reporting.,Knowledge of customer service and relationship building.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
