📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.,Monitor and maintain operational records and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.,Assist in the planning and implementation of operational strategies to support business goals.,Handle and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize disruptions.,Support the team in achieving operational targets and milestones.,Assist in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).,Provide operational support during peak periods or special projects as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar operational role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with ERP or operational management software is a plus.
