📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and implement organizational strategies to support the company's vision and goals.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of personnel.
- Manage and maintain organizational policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
- Collaborate with senior management to drive organizational growth and efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze organizational performance metrics.
- Lead and mentor a team of organizational specialists.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the HR or organizational development field.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing organizational strategies.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using HRIS (Human Resource Information System) software such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.
- Certification in organizational development or HR management is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
