📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Operate and maintain paper core machines to ensure efficient and accurate production
- Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards
- Conduct regular maintenance checks and perform preventative maintenance
- Collaborate with the production team to meet daily production targets
- Keep accurate records of production data and machine performance
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency
- Train and assist new team members as needed
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Paper Core Machine Operator or similar role in the manufacturing industry
- Familiarity with paper core machines and related equipment
- Strong knowledge of safety protocols and quality control standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proficient in using relevant software and tools for production tracking and maintenance
- Valid certification in paper core machine operation and maintenance (preferred)
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 20 kg
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
