Hokian Oka Auto Service is seeking a dedicated Pharmacist Assistant to join our team. As a Pharmacist Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy and providing excellent customer service. This is a full-time position located in Gunung Kidul, DI Yogyakarta, offering a competitive salary of Rp 2.000.000 – Rp 3.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications to customers.,Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper storage of medications.,Provide information to customers about medications, including dosages, side effects, and interactions.,Process insurance claims and handle customer payments.,Monitor medication expiration dates and coordinate with suppliers for reordering.,Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and safety protocols.,Provide exceptional customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a pharmacy or related field is preferred.,Basic knowledge of pharmacy practices and medications.,Strong communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with computer systems and software used in pharmacy management.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.,Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
