📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Operating and maintaining machinery to ensure smooth production processes.

Monitoring and controlling production parameters to meet quality standards.

Performing regular maintenance and repairs on machinery.

Ensuring safety protocols are followed in the workplace.

Reporting any machinery issues or malfunctions to the supervisor.

Assisting in the setup and breakdown of machinery for different production tasks.

Keeping records of machinery usage and maintenance.

Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Machine Operator or similar role.

Familiarity with machinery operation and maintenance.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Willingness to travel if required.

Valid driver's license (preferred).

Basic knowledge of Indonesian language.
