As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by providing exceptional customer service and promoting our products. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Consult with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable computer products and services.,Promote and sell our range of computer products and accessories.,Provide excellent customer service and support to enhance customer satisfaction.,Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.,Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the computer industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with computer hardware and software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.,Must be able to work full-time in Balikpapan.
