📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial records and ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP and IFRS.,Monitor and control the company's financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and cost reduction.,Prepare and submit tax returns, including corporate and personal income tax returns.,Manage the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payment and collection.,Prepare and present financial reports to management and stakeholders.,Train and mentor junior accountants, providing guidance and support in their professional development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or managerial role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations is a plus.
