📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual targets.,Manage key accounts and build long-term relationships with corporate clients.,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.,Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.,Provide regular sales reports and present findings to senior management.,Mentor and train junior sales staff to ensure consistent performance.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in sales and marketing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the tourism or hospitality industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong negotiation and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.,Familiarity with the Bali tourism industry and local market dynamics.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
