📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Identify training needs and design effective learning solutions.,Create and deliver training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and presentations.,Conduct needs assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to align training programs with business goals.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Evaluate and report on the success of training initiatives to stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
