📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and manage travel products and packages for the Asia market, focusing on Indonesia and other ASEAN countries,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the travel industry,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful launch and promotion of travel products,Monitor and evaluate the performance of travel products, providing insights and recommendations for improvement,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in the travel sector,Assist in the creation of marketing materials and campaigns to promote travel products,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and stakeholders in the travel industry,Contribute to the development of sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in travel product planning, marketing, or a related field,Proven track record of success in developing and managing travel products,Strong understanding of the travel industry, including destinations, trends, and customer preferences,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,Familiarity with travel technology and booking platforms is a plus,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
