Overseeing daily warehouse operations and inventory management.,Ensuring the accuracy of inventory records and reports.,Managing warehouse staff and coordinating with other departments.,Implementing and maintaining warehouse safety protocols.,Optimizing warehouse space and storage systems.,Handling incoming and outgoing shipments with attention to detail.,Resolving warehouse issues and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.,Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.,Proven track record of managing inventory and warehouse operations.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with warehouse management software and systems.,Valid driver's license and the ability to drive a company vehicle.,Fluency in Indonesian and Tetun (preferred but not mandatory).,High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field is a plus).
