📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution of goods.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records using ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
• Coordinate with suppliers and customers to manage order fulfillment and delivery schedules.
• Implement and monitor warehouse safety protocols and quality control measures.
• Analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving strategies.
• Lead and mentor the warehouse team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with local and national regulations related to logistics and warehousing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and warehouse management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Certification in logistics management or related fields is a plus.
