📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and restocking amenities
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in guest rooms, public areas, and common spaces
• Follow established cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure thorough and efficient cleaning
• Dust and polish furniture, mirrors, and other surfaces to maintain a pristine appearance
• Handle and dispose of waste and linens in accordance with hotel policies
• Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, such as deep cleaning or preparation for inspections
• Report any maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel for prompt resolution
• Ensure that all cleaning supplies are properly stocked and used efficiently

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a related role, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with cleaning tools, equipment, and chemicals
• Good physical condition and the ability to lift and move heavy items
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required
