As an Accounting & Accounts Receivable Specialist, you'll work closely with our finance team to manage our accounts receivable, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. You'll use QuickBooks to manage our financial records, and you'll be responsible for reconciling our bank accounts and preparing monthly financial statements. This role is perfect for finance professionals with 2-5 years of experience in accounting or accounts receivable.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and follow-ups
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting using QuickBooks
• Reconcile bank accounts and prepare monthly financial statements
• Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• Support the accounting team with financial analysis and forecasting
• Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Provide financial support to other departments as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2-5 years of experience in accounting or accounts receivable
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficient in using QuickBooks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards is a plus
