📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and monitor the hotel's daily financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
• Analyze cost structures and identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
• Prepare and present monthly financial reports to senior management, highlighting key financial metrics and trends.
• Develop and implement budgeting and forecasting models to support the hotel's financial planning.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure accurate cost allocation and cost control.
• Monitor and manage the hotel's cash flow, ensuring timely and efficient use of funds.
• Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and regulations.
• Provide financial guidance and support to the hotel's management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a cost control or financial management role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Proficiency in financial software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
