- Encode and maintain data accurately and efficiently
- Provide back-end support to IT systems, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Work with a variety of tools and technologies, including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and database management systems

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data encoding and IT support
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, SQL Server)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
