📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and analyze procurement needs for marketing and sales materials, including promotional items, event supplies, and office equipment.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure reliable delivery and quality service.
• Monitor and manage supplier performance, ensuring compliance with quality standards and delivery timelines.
• Leverage procurement software such as SAP Ariba or similar tools to streamline procurement processes and track spending.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure procurement activities align with business objectives and support marketing and sales initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in procurement to drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct regular supplier audits and reviews to identify areas for cost savings and efficiency gains.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in indirect procurement, with a focus on marketing and sales materials.
• Proven track record of negotiating contracts and securing cost-effective procurement solutions.
• Strong knowledge of procurement software and tools, including SAP Ariba, Coupa, or similar platforms.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Certification in procurement or supply chain management is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
