As a Business Franchise Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and developing high-potential franchise opportunities, ensuring our brand’s consistent delivery across all locations. You’ll work closely with our franchisees, providing them with the tools, training, and support needed to thrive in competitive markets.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement franchise development strategies to expand the Coolblog brand across Bali.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify high-potential franchise locations and opportunities.
Manage the franchise recruitment, onboarding, and training processes to ensure consistent brand delivery.
Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees, providing ongoing support and guidance.
Monitor franchise performance and provide feedback to ensure compliance with brand standards.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to promote franchise opportunities and attract new partners.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in franchise operations.
Represent Coolblog at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and credibility.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in franchise development, business development, or a similar role in the hospitality or retail industry.
Proven track record of successfully developing and managing franchise networks.
Strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and franchise management software such as FranConnect or similar.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
