📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment
• Assist surgeons during orthopaedic procedures, including surgeries and minimally invasive techniques
• Provide pre- and post-operative care to patients, including wound care and rehabilitation
• Document patient records and maintain accurate medical charts
• Collaborate with the orthopaedic team to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
• Perform routine maintenance and calibration of medical equipment
• Participate in continuous learning and professional development activities
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Diploma or degree in Orthopaedic Technology or related healthcare field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Orthopaedic Technician or similar role
• Certification from a recognized orthopaedic technology board (e.g., NBOT, AOTA)
• Familiarity with surgical instruments, equipment, and techniques
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
