📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram.
• Create and curate engaging content for our social media channels, website, and email newsletters.
• Conduct market research and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
• Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and entertainment industry.
• Assist in the development of promotional materials, including flyers, brochures, and digital ads.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the success of marketing initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully executing marketing campaigns and achieving measurable results.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram.
