📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on company facilities and equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any potential issues.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to ensure optimal facility condition.
• Manage and coordinate with contractors and vendors for timely completion of maintenance tasks.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Monitor and maintain building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
• Collaborate with the management team to improve facility management processes.
• Provide regular reports on facility condition and maintenance activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities and maintenance engineering.
• Knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
• Experience with maintenance management software such as IBM Maximo or similar.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the region.
