In this role, you'll use industry-standard tools like SAP and Oracle to manage financial data, and you'll have the opportunity to develop your Mandarin skills in a professional setting. With 5-7 years of experience in finance and accounting, you'll bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage financial reporting and analysis using SAP and Oracle
- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Provide financial support to the operations team
- Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 5-7 years of experience in finance and accounting
- Fluent in Mandarin (both spoken and written)
- Proficiency in English (both spoken and written)
- Experience with SAP and Oracle financial systems
- Knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and IFRS
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
